How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play and cancelled there. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. On iPhone you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. You can also write to us.

Someone wrote something offensive

Tap … on the question and choose Report. The host can also remove the question right away. Write to us if it's serious.

Can the others see who asked?

No, not by default. With Unlimited, a player can reveal the sender of a few questions per game – only to themselves.
