Hvem Spurgte? Dansk

Terms of use

Last updated 29 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Hvem Spurgte. The app is provided by [Virksomhedsnavn], CVR [CVR-nummer], [Adresse, postnummer og by], Denmark. By using the app you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

1. Who can use the app?

You must be at least 15 years old. The app is a party game for friends. It doesn't encourage drinking alcohol – if you do, do it responsibly.

2. Your account

You can play without creating a real account. If you save your account with email, Apple or Google, you're responsible for keeping your login secret. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

3. What you write

You're responsible for the questions you write. You may not write anything that:

You give us the right to store, show and use your questions to run and develop the app, including suggesting new questions, as described in the privacy policy.

4. Anonymity

Questions are shown without a sender. However, players with Unlimited can reveal the sender of a limited number of questions per game – only to themselves. So never write anything you couldn't stand behind.

5. Reporting and moderation

You can report a question in the game, and the host can remove it right away. We review reports and may remove content, kick users or close accounts that break these terms – without notice. Write to [email protected] about serious cases.

6. Free and paid

The free version has ads and limits on the number of players and questions. Party and Unlimited give you more. What each plan includes is shown in the app before you buy.

Purchases on iPhone are also covered by Apple's standard license agreement.

7. Right of withdrawal

The subscription gives access immediately. When you buy, you agree that delivery starts straight away, and that you therefore don't have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the part already delivered. You can always cancel so it doesn't renew.

8. Liability

The app is provided as is. We do our best to make it work, but can't promise it's always available or free of bugs. We're not responsible for what other players write, or what happens while you play. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid for the app in the past 12 months. This doesn't limit your rights under consumer law.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.

10. Governing law

Danish law applies. If we can't agree, you can complain to the Danish Center for Klageløsning or use the EU's online dispute resolution platform. Otherwise, disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
